how to claim refund
To claim a refund, please contact your project manager via phone, email, or text. Upon receiving your request, they will respond promptly and assess the situation. After reviewing the claim, we will either approve the refund or deny the request.
Please note that Faulkner Publishers does not offer refunds for a “change of mind.”
Once the refund process is initiated, the client will forfeit all legal rights to the content of the project we were working on.
